Jr. Business/Systems Analyst (Contract)

Our client is looking to hire a technically-savvy professional who will handle diverse responsibilities in data analysis, web content management (SharePoint) and communications. This is a long-term contract role and excellent career opportunity working on a global operations team. The right candidate will be detail-oriented and will have excellent analytical and written/verbal communication skills. Technical qualifications included 3-5 years of experience and proficiency working in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint. Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a monthly internal communications plan for departmental and governance team communications.
• Design and develop job aids.
• Identify and develop project metrics to be included in various communications medium.
• Document and publish meeting minutes.
• Maintain SharePoint site content, highlighting metrics, news, milestones, and events in real-time.
• Understand, summarize, and simplify complex and technical data in written and visual formats.
• Provide innovative, user-centric, information and visual design recommendations.
• Apply design and data analysis techniques to organize the presentation of data in visually innovative ways making it easier to understand, insightful, and actionable by end users.
• Investigate and analyze usage data in a timely manner and provide a summary of results.
• Give direction and recommendations for changes or improvements based on data analysis results.

Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience designing and developing compelling presentations with PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to create visually appealing presentations.
• Ability to maintain SharePoint content.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts verbally and in writing to produce compelling content.
• Must have exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), and SharePoint
