Jr. Advertising Operations Coordinator

Our client is looking for an Advertising Operations Coordinator to join their team! In this role you will be more responsible for the backend of project management than client facing. You will be involved across all mediums including web/digital, mobile & desktop to video and custom. Your day to day will be reviewing daily inventory and delivery across platforms and doing QA. You will work in conjunction with the development team to figure out and solve problems and roubleshoot inventory. Experience with any form of a tracking tool is HIGHLY desired int htis role!

Our client is a seeing a smart, driven performer to be part of the Advertising Operations team.

We are seeking a passionate team member to perform various ad operational duties, from digital inventory management, to engaging with internal and external vendors to manage Rich Media ad

campaigns across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the Homepage Slotting Calendar for all roadblock and sponsorship bookings

  • Create the ad inventory and tagging for the Canada Contributor Network and other various 3 rd party and owned and operated properties

  • Manage new/custom products requests from Account Management and Sales

  • Update and revise products used within our sales planning system (MPS)

  • Check for accuracy of product planning (sponsorships, roadblocks, etc.)

  • Creating PowerPoint decks for devil units and rich media for each category. Sales can use this as collateral when presenting or pitching clients. Each deck would contain specific apps that work really well with that vertical as well as demos.

  • Assist with submitting projects in Creative Central. Projects must now be submitted with a completed PWS that Lift designed and all files must be organized on the WIP. Most of the
    time clients send assets in pieces or in a bulk file that must be filtered and sorted properly for lift.

  • Uploading and updating map data for devil/halo units. (store locator)

  • Assist in sending requests to our RM/LIFT teams to find out what's do-able when sales/clients send examples or want new ideas.

  • Assist in communicating basic revisions to RM/Lift on current units in production

  • Assist in putting together PWS and WBS for new campaigns that are sold.

  • Sort out client tags and compile PWS for L&T to do QA on devil units.

  • Data Entry: assist with 3rd Party Vendor Profit Margin report to keep track of expenses.
