Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support and execute day-to-day activities within the department and provide support to team as needed
- Assist in coordination of primary and secondary research, using a variety of market and research data to monitor cultural and social trends and their impact on consumers’ attitudes, behavior and perceptions
- Ability to keep abreast of latest consumer trends and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Gain a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analyzing a wide range of information in great detail, including demographics, socio-economics and the market for the client’s product

Desired Education/Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Software:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, or 1+ years related experience &/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience.
- Ability to define marketing needs, develop ideas, collect data, establish facts, plan meetings & meet deadlines.
- Pro-actively play a support role and do some minimal administrative support for the Strategic Account Planning team.
- Enjoys presenting information to individuals and groups, including agency and clients
- Capable of dressing professionally as required for client meetings & presentations
- Intermediate to Expert level Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with Simmons and Social Media.
