Jr. Account Executive

Vitamin T is currently in search of a Jr. Account Executive for our client in Metro Detroit. This is a 6 month contract opportunity – work from home most days!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ongoing auditing to develop project-specific data management plans that address areas such as missing data, incorrect data, or data with opportunity for improvement (ACE2 non-launch, carry-over vehicle portfolios, IBP portfolios, performance parts portfolios, AIC, Brand sites, ARCs)
• Analyze weekly content issues reported by client and/customer feedback (JIRA/Chrome)
• Process all data results, including receipt, entry, verification, and filing of information
• Work with account lead and project manager to organize, prioritize and execute needed updates with internal and external teams (creative production, parts orders and GSA requests)
• Develop and maintain timelines and updates tracking of all maintenance items
• Provide weekly summary to account team and clients on progress of open issues
• Owns multiple client programs and/or manages singular complex programs.
• Provides day to day tactical execution.
• Participates in team status meetings.
• Participates in proofing of content delivered to client.
• Acts as customer service for the client.
• Produces reports for the program and identifies, monitors, and measures on key program results.
• Provide timely resolution of issues by following established escalation processes and informing management as necessary. Understands and follows delivery areas’ processes as required.
• Delivers projects within timelines and budgets, and ensures outlined program specifics as well as client satisfaction goals are met.
• Analyze and assess program objectives against clients’ business needs.
• Fills in time sheets, expense reports and other administrative duties.
• Apply knowledge of Aimia’s products, services and solutions to client needs.
• Contributes to idea generation/sharing with the team.




QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing,
• 3+ years of project/account management, sales or marketing
• Flexibility to travel as needed
• Works with minimal guidance
• Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
• Excellent decision making skills
• Experience in relationship marketing, digital marketing and interactive solutions preferred
• Successful experience working in a team environment with the demand of short deadlines and high-pressure situations
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Computer literacy
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive industry
• Automotive product knowledge preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Professional written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented and critical thinking (data analysis experience preferred)
• Nimbleness – ability to learn processes and databases quickly
• Ability to work under pressure and follow-up to meet deadlines
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
