Jr- Mid Content Marketing Manager w/ DOD

Our client a large consulting firm in Northern Virginia is looking for a Marketing talent with 3 to 5 years experience who has worked with the DOD.
The talent would work in the Corporate Marketing group.
Working with the senior marketing manager on overseeing the defense intelligence group (DIG) and international content management strategy, planning, and implementation. Collaborate with other internal and external corporate marketing personnel to deliver full-spectrum marketing programs and products for professional services within the defense group and international business. Assist with content planning, content development, branding activities, public and media relations strategies and tactics, advertising design and placement strategy, conference and meeting strategy development and oversight, market research, presentation development, and writing for a variety of products, including brochures, social media, digital platforms, viewpoints, advertisements, and assorted marketing collateral. Serve as a leader in the DIG market strategy team, fostering relationships with key DIG leaders and develop, drive, and implement innovative marketing solutions. Support the planning, organization, and implementation of tasks and projects. Apply marketing and communications expertise to execute work.

Qualifications


-5+ years of experience with marketing professional services in the federal government and how content-driven marketing techniques drive a scalable business
-5+ years of experience with project management and managing integrated marketing and communications efforts, including existing and new digital and social media, public relations, events management, video, or marketing collateral development
-Experience with managing budgets and efforts of cross-functional teams
-Experience in interacting with senior executives using effective client relationship management expertise
-Experience in a multi-tasked, detail- and deadline-oriented team environment and working in a corporate marketing environment
-Knowledge of the US DOD and Intelligence markets
-Ability to develop content and manage the process for getting the content into the market
-Ability to produce high quality, compelling sell decks and supporting market collateral using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
-Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, working through ambiguity to creatively solve a problem or challenge
-BA or BS degree required.
