The Junior Digital Producer is responsible for assisting the Senior Digital Producer with managing a constantly evolving queue of customer-centric, integrated campaigns across the digital space for our client. S/he will be responsible for day-to-day management of projects (daily updates for desktop and mobile platforms, emails, online advertising and other digital deliverables) including: workflow and timelines, technical production, quality assurance and post-mortems.
The Junior Digital Producer will work closely with Account Services, creative teams, developers, Site Experience team and business partners to ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and on-strategy.
The Junior Digital Producer role will assist the Senior Digital Producer in:
Appropriately setting and managing client expectations of project tasks, critical sign-off stages, and milestone schedules
Establishing and driving project timelines and deliverables schedule, and ensure compliance and accountability by internal team
Recording, tracking and managing projects through weekly project status
Work closely with the Senior Digital Producer to review project briefs and develop project timelines for various digital deliverables .
Coordinate resources for all creative and development initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and that the team can fully support the execution of brand strategies.
Maintain creative tracking documents for all digital projects including blue-chip initiatives, emails, social, mobile, etc. and ensure assets are circulated through all appropriate parties and delivered on time.
Input projects and pull reports within the client's job tracking application
Schedule and facilitate creative reviews and distributions; intakes feedback and executes follow-ups with various partners.
Participate in and capture notes and action items from meetings.
