Our client company, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is looking for an experienced Java/J2EE Developer to add to their team. This is an on-going assignment with no set end date. You would be a W2, hourly employee of Aquent during this time. We do have health and dental benefits from which you may choose.

Here is what you will do:
You will develop mission-critical, enterprise-level applications for our client. Our client is a Fortune 500 insurance company who has been in business for 155+ years. This particular application deals with electronically retaining documents in support of the sales and client-serving workflows. If you have experience working in large insurance companies, you will do well here.

Here is what you need to have:

• JAVA development and J2EE/web application development and deployment.
• JUNIT Knowledge for unit testing.
• Basic UML knowledge.
• WebSphere Studio Application Developer and RAD (Rational Application Developer).
• Ability to write SQL queries.
• Proven ability to breakdown technically complex ideas into more simplistic and understandable terms.

Nice to have:
• Microsoft .NET technology.
• TGAM Foundation /Server Experience (A Plus).
• BI-Tool knowledge.
• Understanding of Message Oriented Architecture.
• Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture.
• General networking knowledge.
