If so, this is an exciting new position for a Project Manager/Copywriter within our Marketing team.
Manage the development of company’s web content and email marketing campaigns including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization
Drive cross-functional team processes for effective, on-time delivery of site content, promotions, and marketing programs
Oversee multiple projects with varying timelines and ensure the timely execution of each
Strategize marketing initiatives and help establish long-term goals for targeting and reaching new markets
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of all projects
Draft and edit a wide range of market-facing and internal communications across multiple platforms, including print and online marketing collateral, advertising copy, case studies, award submissions, executive summaries for pitches, newsletters and related pieces
Serve as the primary copywriter, editor, and internal consultant for developed materials, maintaining and continually improving the corporate messaging, brand and voice
Make recommendations for content based on business and user needs
Maintain awareness of customer, competitive, and industry trends in style, voice, messaging, ensuring Golden Frog is effectively positioned accordingly
Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to maintain the content, look, feel, and branding of our organization
3+ years experience in marketing/journalism/public relations writing-intensive role with a solid background in writing and editing clear, lively and inspiring copy in the high tech software industry
Experience at writing, editing, and proofreading marketing and technical copy for a variety of destinations (print, web, event, etc.)
2+ years project management experience, Marketing field preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
Knowledge of program testing, tracking, profiling, site metrics, and analysis
Familiarity with managing and developing website content
Ability to develop innovative and creative strategies
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
