A large consultancy is looking for a Junior UX-Interactive Designer. Client is looking for a Junior Level UX- Interactive Designer to join their team.
Once hired, the talent must be willing to go through a high level clearance process to join this team. This team supports the Intelligence Market and client is looking for Jr level talent that want to be part of their 125 member team. The Clearance process is long and in-depth, but talent will be working on projects that will not require clearance initially while the Clearance process runs it's course.
Talent must have good communication skills and be willing to solve problems and work on various projects.

Talent must be experienced with building wire frames and UX Fundamentals
Responsibilities:
Will be working on various design work on major projects


Execute design work consistent with design and brand standards, analytics insight, client feedback.

Technical Skills:
Design - Sketching, concept creation and wire framing, producing sitemaps and user flows, creating clickable prototypes.

Working with user research teams to plan usability testing sessions and delivers artifacts for testing. Using user insight, analytics, best practice, competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

Design Specification - Delivers appropriate level of specification needed to ensure high quality development on time.


Best practice and design consistency - Researching and sharing industry trends, competitors, and comparable experiences. Driving and documenting design standards and patterns across channels and products.
