Internet Web Marketing Manager/Demand Generation Manager

An energy support company in the Bay Area is looking for an Internet Web Marketing Manager, focused on Demand Generation. This person should have experience in online campaigns, demand generation and tracking website analytics to test effectiveness of programs launched. Other responsibilities would include owning all facets of the company web environments as well as all marketing tactics and programs.

Located in San Mateo or San Francisco

Key Responsibilities:

Website Administration:
• Maintain & update existing content on website
• Optimize website for optimal SEO/SEM performance
• Create and optimize lead flow conversion opportunities and tracking of website visitors
• Research and implement new technologies for delivery of website content

Social, New, and Rich Media Marketing Strategy & Management
• Monitor all social media channels for customer and partner comments & feedback
• Act as voice of the company of all social media channels
• Publish and manage content for the company blog
• Webinar/Webcast/Podcast administration and coordination
• Mentor, coach, and train company employees in best practices for social media and online interaction

Email Marketing
• Design, test & deliver bulk email messaging to subscriber base
• Implement drip marketing strategies to support and drive lead generation
• Maintain best practices for email list management and delivery
• Administer lead generation templates for email marketing and landing pages

Internet Campaign Strategy & Management
• Work closely with sales operations to design and implement start-to-finish internet lead nurturing campaigns across all digital medium
• Act as liaison to manage all third party products, contractors, and services for digital assets
• Administer CRM to funnel leads from internet marketing channels to sales executives
• Administer marketing automation tools for optimal lead generation

Analysis & Reporting
• Provide monthly, and bi-annual reports on performance of all digital lead generation platforms
• Provide monitoring and analysis of all digital and internet marketing channels
• Research and implement new technologies for monitoring and analysis

Required Skills/Qualifications
• 5+ years experience
• Experience with Pardot administration required
• CRM Administration
• Experience with Drupal content management required
• Video production
• Experience with delivery of mid-size web events
• Graphics editing in Adobe Creative Suite design
• Social Media – Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, etc.
• Support of, training and presentation of use of digital media tools and best practices (as appropriate) to internal teams at all levels (sales, product, marketing, executive management)
• Must command a leadership role in strategic planning and advising of digital media strategies and best practices at both a marketing campaign and corporate communications level
• Excellent communicator and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, team player, open attitude, adaptable and flexible, and fun!
• Limited travel
