This role sits within the Internet Marketing team, which is a key team tasked with ensuring that shoppers know the breadth of products and the great deals that has to offer, wherever they are on the Internet. 

We are seeking a new Internet Marketing Specialist to manage key day-to-day aspects of Search Engine Marketing for  key international Markets. Responsibilities include managing operations, reporting, budgeting, and optimization of Paid Search. You will be responsible for using paid search channels to help grow business in these markets. 

Integrated Marketing is part of  Internet Marketing organization, which is a team operating at the forefront of e-commerce, combining marketing science and innovation to shape the future of online shopping. The Integrated Marketing team is responsible for driving search engine marketing initiatives for all of  global markets. 

Our missions are to: 1) develop global operating efficiencies by creating economies of scale, 2) drive best practices sharing across international markets, and 3) implement global infrastructure solutions. 

In addition to the responsibilities above, the person in this role act as the primary interface between Paid Search & our seller relations teams. This role focuses on communicating Paid Search best practices from Google Shopping to our sellers, to ensure that they are aware of and are able to act on suggestions to improve conversion & maximize coverage in our Google Shopping ad portfolio. 

This position reports to the Manager of Lower Funnel Paid Search Marketing and is based in Bellevue, Washington. 

• Work closely with Google Policy teams to identify best practices in Google Shopping Ads 
• Coordinate with  Seller Relations teams to increase adoption of Google best practices among our top sellers 
• Analyze marketing campaign performance to identify, prioritize, and execute on opportunities for improvement in marketing effectiveness 
• Share accountability for meeting the Paid Search marketing team’s aggressive revenue and efficiency targets 

Required Skills 
• Strong problem solving skills 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to communicate Google Policies 
• Strong Excel abilities (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) experience with large data sets 
• Candidates should be curious in nature and like to dig into data to identify insights 
• Attention to detail and data accuracy 

• Data analysis including SQL (Preferred skill)
