Internet Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for a motivated Online Marketing Manager to join our team in Downtown Seattle, WA. We are positioned as leaders in the growing Apple security software market, and are dedicated exclusively to protecting Mac and iOS products. While we are a profitable and established company, we are operating in startup mode and looking to aggressively grow our market share.

You will help toward that goal by leading the advertising, Internet marketing and social functions within the marketing division. You will develop brand communication strategies that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, initiate new trials and lead to higher conversions.

They believe strongly in content marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and relationship building, so you should have a proven track record in these areas.


Responsibilities

- Contributes to the development of strategy and goals that supports the global vision and strategy.

- Develops brand communication strategies that drive traffic to acquire new customers, increase brand awareness, and grow active subscriptions and sales.

- Targets new global customers with relevant communications, content, offers and experiences to increase subscriptions and drive global online sales.

- Help CMO Lead strategy development and program management for global internet advertising programs (search engine marketing, online display/interactive, affiliate marketing, mobile advertising, and other emerging digital advertising) to optimize ROI and meet quarterly goals.

- Assist CMO and Content Marketing Manager Lead strategy development and program management for global social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, and Intego blog, product reviews)

- Gives direction to and help manage multiple global agency relationships to develop media strategy and achieve quarterly goals.

- Assists CMO with innovation and testing of new global advertising vehicles and communication strategies that optimize marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

- Assist CMO with developing, monitoring and attaining the annual expense budget and goals.

- Oversees training and development of employees directly and indirectly managed and makes effective staffing decisions

- Must be familiar and have experience with multi-attribution tracking

Qualifications

- 4+ Years marketing leadership using progressive marketing tools

- Expert knowledge of marketing functions including program management and measurement, brand communication, advertising, campaign development, customer acquisition, social marketing, and digital analytics using a host of measurement tools.

- Extensive experience with a multi channel company

- Experience managing media agency relationships

- Ability to clearly articulate vision and strategy

- Very strong analytical skills with experience helping develop financial plans, expense budgets and business cases.

- Must be able to work in an environment that moves quickly

- A Bonus if you have experience using Salesforce, Marketo, Convertro, and Google Analytics.
