Internet Marketing Coordinator
Individual Contributor position whose responsibilities include executing the day-to-day and tactical activities required to maintain OLS (Online Shop) website operations, catalogue view, catalog quick order and clearance sections of the web site. This includes coordinating site operations timelines and calendars for site updates and media code launches, performing site quality assurance/testing, and following the production calendar set by the Internet Content Specialist to achieve the business objectives for Clearance, Catview, and CQO areas of the site.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute the catalogue view, catalog quick order and clearance sections of the web site. This includes all elements of product page set-up (copy, images, branding, etc).
• Execute day to day changes related to the web site updates (content set-up, approving assets, publishing assets, and testing).
• Adherence to the dates provided in all production schedules for all site launches and updates.
• Learn the details of all content management functionality, processes for site set-up and overall team roles & responsibilities.
• Perform quality assurance and testing of core website functionality and updates (including Spanish Site), as well as external marketing vehicles (email, display ads, etc.).
• Maintain vigilance for all deliverables into Diva and production to ensure all assets are delivered appropriately.
• Communicate regularly with teammates to keep all informed about status.
• Assist in leading cross-functional teams (ICS, Internet Merchandising, MP&A, Marketing, CCC, LTS and FEWD) in operational execution of web site launches and ensure appropriate information or materials for site changes are available, and that deadlines are met.
• Contribute to process improvements
• Assist in special projects & Ad-hoc requests from Manager, Site Operations
• Competitive benchmarking and visit other websites regularly to generate ideas about site improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
• Ability and willingness to work off hours when necessary to support site updates and/or deadlines
• Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented & self motivated
• Ability to prioritize, manage time and meet aggressive deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work cross functionally and coordinate with outside vendors
• Willingness to learn new technical applications
• Analytical and logical thinker
• Natural curiosity
• Basic understanding of how to use the internet and web applications

EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related degree
• 0 – 3 years of business experience preferred (Marketing, Interactive experience a plus)
• Previous internet site production experiences a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
