POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Internet Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination/execution of all web-only images. The Internet Coordinator works with the Senior Internet Coordinator, who owns the schedules and tracking of photography for each site update, which occurs approximately every 3 weeks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute the end-to-end production of web-only images, adhering to the VSD Publishing Calendar milestones, and Web-only Image Process and schedules.
• Cross-check web-only image art (against photocopied folders) to ensure all art is received by the art due date; follow-up on late art with Digital Asset Coordinator and Photo Shoot Team.
• Prepare web only image distributions for stakeholders.
• Request high-res for web-only images and prepare web-only Art Release for Pre-Press & retouching vendors; prepare Art Release distro for Internet Merchants.
• Support the maintenance and distribution of the web-only image tracking schedules. This includes assigning and scheduling jobs with external vendors, logging image counts, monitoring deadlines, documenting image names.
• Serve as the point person for the Internet Merchant’s questions regarding web-only images that were art released. Serve as the point person for missing information inquiries from the Pre-press team & vendors.
• Participate in weekly art due meetings, identifying the status of assets for web-only art and marketing initiatives.
• Track off-process image requests in ICS dashboard.
• Review and approve/reject images in duplicate image report.
• Manage and maintain the web-only image art/folders archive.
• Oversee the colorswap process; working with merchandising partners to organize, submit, and execute requests. This role works closely with third-party vendors to ensure process is completed with speed and accuracy.
• Serve as a liaison between the merchants and IT, working closely with both groups to communicate and resolve data set-up issues related to web only images.
• Identify assets as needed for each launch and communicate to outside vendors.
• Follow-up to ensure assets are delivered correctly and on a timely basis.
• Assist in special projects, as assigned.
