International Product Manager

Responsibilities * Creates, analyzes and leads innovations in business strategies and products to deliver cross-lifecycle planning and information flow for better decision making and optimal ROI for content. * Leads WW windowing visibility, planning and feasibility analysis, including communication tools, new systems and financial models. * Project manages design and roll-out of new WW release planning system; facilitates input and ownership from multiple global cross-functional teams.

* Works closely with all Disney distribution units to develop best practices and to analyze new local product opportunities versus the risk to global profitability. * Effectively communicates findings and recommendations to multiple constituents. * Supervises, trains and mentors junior team members

Basic Qualifications * 7+ years of post-college, professional work experience in Marketing, Product Management or Strategic Planning * Prior work experience in the media, entertainment or consumer products company. * Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management, ranging from senior executives to local managers. * Well-developed communication skills * Highly collaborative and team-oriented work style

* Strong analytical skills and expert Excel user. * Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion * Experienced at multi-tasking, prioritizing and utilizing multiple resources to approach a project * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and to lead teams/delegate where required
