International Marketing Project Manager

Our retail store has become one of the largest retailers of our products on a worldwide basis and is poised for significant growth in 2015. Furthermore, the expansion of our direct channel continues to help us showcase technology and illuminate our innovation story, by transforming the buying and service experience for our customers.

To fuel this continued growth, we are looking to add an international marketing project manager our team locally, to help support our worldwide online sales channel, focusing on Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Latin America focusing on inventory management, submitting price changes, verifying EOL’s, submitting promos, managing stop assortments and product onboarding.

Key accountabilities:
• Inventory management and catalogue updates
• Assist with identifying and initiating resolution for out of stock, managed inventory, and other inventory related issues
• Monitor and submit price changes as made by the buying team
• EOL products as needed through a vetting process between stakeholders
• Stop Assortment monitoring and communication
• Work with white label – 3rd party vendor for catalog changes

• Project Management
• Main contributor in updating information on the internal server
• Review incoming Roadmap feature requests from International contacts, request any missing or clarifying information from requestor
• PM ratings and reviews on store – international support for tool support and feature improvements, attend meetings, liaison between US and stakeholders
• Manage regular conference calls and meeting schedules with store field organization
• Track and manage responses for all inquiries and request from field stakeholders
• Consolidate and document learning and best practices throughout the fiscal year
• File and track tasks for onboarding and production

• Promotions queue management
• Help the Regional teams to get the promotions live on the dates requested in the promo forms
• Work with legal to obtain T&Cs approval in a timely manner
• Work with merchandisers and buyers to get merch approval
• Enter in promotions into queue with necessary information
• Monitor change requests and update tickets as needed
• Work with merchandising/buying teams for any managed inventory needs
• PM any legal compliance projects

• Product Onboarding
• Review daily product updates
• Resolve assortment issues with buying team
• Sort, consolidate new product onboarding requests by market
• Create onboarding tasks per market for production team
• Facilitate questions about onboarding’s from production team members
• Capture pre-orders, monitor start dates and update managed inventory as needed.

What you bring to the role:
• Strong experience and skill in project management, managing and tracking data and multi-tasking
• An understanding of product onboarding, inventory and sku management
• English and French language skills and experience of working with non-native languages
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills is an asset (but not mandatory)
• Experience of working in a sales-driven business, preferably in online retail
• Experience of working with administrative tools,
• Strong computer skills, including Office, Visual Studio
• Self-starter and a proactive problem solver with a drive to achieve results
• Excellent organizational and communication/networking skills
• Degree or equivalent experience.
