International Marketing Manager x 2

My client has the key role in bringing investment into the UK, and helping more British companies to export. We are looking for x2 energetic marketers who can strategically plan and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns for the business. This will require a flexible approach and a can do attitude to deliver across a wide range of areas from promoting the UK offer for foreign investors and entrepreneurs in the UK, to helping British companies win business around major infrastructure projects overseas. Successful candidates will need to be able to coordinate the work of cross-cutting virtual teams of internal and external stakeholders, sourcing specialist support from within the organization and external providers when necessary. The ability to influence and work effectively with colleagues at all levels and senior stakeholders is a key requirement.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities
Delivery in the Role:
• Research and analysis to support strategy and integrated marketing plan development
• Securing agreement from key stakeholders and budget approval to deliver outcomes
• Manage and coordinate projects for smooth delivery to budget and time
• Provide professional marketing leadership and advice, operating with senior leaders
• Show good fiscal management skills to ensure projects are run to budget
• Manage the performance of external providers contracted to deliver services such as design, web and PR

Outputs/ Deliverables to be achieved
We are looking for x2 International Marketing Managers to provide marketing expertise and support to successfully deliver the strategic marketing associated with our marketing campaign activity. There are a number of campaigns being readied for launch that have not had and urgently require strategic marketing input that will aid successful delivery. Organisation’s own marketing staff have provided some guidance, however it has becoming abundantly clear that the Campaign & Product Delivery Team require a dedicated resource to drive this work forward. The International Marketing Managers will be expected to provide strategic guidance and planning in the preparation and delivery of campaigns up until March 2014

Skills/ Experience Required
• Good research and analytical skills
• Strong customer insight abilities
• Brand management experience of national brands
• Strong commercial orientation and preferably client facing B2B marketing experience
• Experience of product and services development
• Record of achievement in marketing strategies and communications.

Formal Qualifications Required
Educated to degree level preferably with marketing or business degree;
• 5 years experience of marketing of which some should be quality international experience;
• Good research and analytical skills;
• Strong customer insight abilities;
• Brand management experience of national brands;
• Strong commercial orientation and preferably client facing B2B marketing experience;
• Experience of product and services development;
• Record of achievement in marketing strategies and communications.
