Title: Brand Manager II - International - Channel Brand Management
Location: Seattle
Duration: 08/27/2013 to 12/21/2013 extension possible.

Description:
We are looking for an experienced Brand/Category Manager who has experience working in a consumer-facing product marketing role. (B2C)
Must have INTERNATIONAL brand marketing experience.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

- Facilitates the development of market strategies for brand(s)/category(s).
- Develops the international marketing vision and strategies for promotions and programs.
- Leads the identification, coordination and prioritization of new products and programs with market leads.
- Directs and oversees the management of new product and marketing programs development.
- Leads and mentors cross-functional teams to develop products, programs, and plans.
- Identifies and communicates key responsibilities and practices to ensure effectiveness of immediate team of direct reports.
- Builds strong relationships within a matrix structure to ensure alignment, achievement of business objectives, marketing message consistency and adherence to brand guardrails.
- Leads integration of financial activities, including planning, forecasting and business analysis, to drive brand/category planning and strategies.
- Communicates brand/category direction to internal and external partners.
- Cascades important time sensitive information to direct reports, peers, and leadership.
- Coaches and mentor teams to enhance knowledge of business and marketing fundamentals.

Summary of Experience
- Experience in product or brand management, CPG, QSR or Retail. 10+ years
- Project leadership in a cross-functional environment. 10+ years
- MBA strongly preferred.

Basic Qualifications
- At least five years’ experience in a marketing, brand management or product management role.
- At least five years’ experience leading the development of new or existing products or strategies from conception to implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree or four years US military experience in a related MOS/C.
