Our consulting client is expanding their internal team and looking for an Internal Product Marketing Manager. This is a contract to hire position. As an internal product marketing manager, you will lead a cross-functional team and work closely with our product teams to drive Firm-wide behavior change. You will work with visual designers, writers, cyber experts and learning experts to create transformation strategies and design and execute multi-channel campaigns. You will assist in the development of positioning and messaging and create innovative internal marketing programs to drive awareness, motivation and ability. You'll deliver integrated campaigns that include email, web, video, eLearning, presentations, and event collateral. Given the highly visible nature of this position and the requirement to interact regularly with senior stakeholders, the ideal candidate will have experience leading internal marketing efforts, awareness programs or major transformations. The Internal Product Marketing Manager would be a part of the Digital Acceleration Team. Digital Acceleration is tasked with embedding digital in our Firm's culture by driving changes in overall mindsets and behaviors and through adoption of our digital products. Detailed job description:  Draw on deep understanding of users to inform strategy and execution.  Apply marketing expertise to drive Firm-wide behavior change.  Lead team to create marketing collateral, such as presentations, product demo’s, data sheets, web copy, and whitepapers, to drive demand and raise awareness.  Usher campaigns from concept through launch  Communicate progress, obstacles and timelines to stakeholders as needed.  Strategize with Internal Communications, Cybersecurity, relevant product teams, Digital Acceleration team members and leadership on campaign plans.  Lead team through successful execution of the campaign plans (creating campaign assets, launch calendars, presentations)  Develop segment specific messaging that can be effectively used across the Firm through our various communication channels.  Measure and act on impact measures  Contribute to building the knowledge, skills and capabilities of the Digital Acceleration team.
