Internal Product Marketing Manager - Cybersecurity - Waltham

3-6 month contract before converting to Full time. Job overview: As an internal product marketing manager, you will lead a cross­functional team and work closely with our cybersecurity team to drive organization­wide behavior change. You will work with visual designers, writers, cyber experts and learning experts to create transformation strategies that will rely on multi­channel campaigns you and your team design and execute. You will assist in the development of positioning and messaging and create innovative internal marketing programs to drive awareness, ability, and motivation for behavior change. You'll deliver integrated campaigns that include email, web, video, eLearning, presentations, and event collateral. Given the highly visible nature of this position and the requirement to interact regularly with senior stakeholders, the ideal candidate will have experience leading marketing efforts, cybersecurity awareness programs or major organizational transformations. Cybersecurity is one of the highest priority initiatives for this organization. Our biggest opportunity to lower risk is the increased awareness of potential threats and the promotion of safe behaviors such that our colleagues can successfully identify and navigate a potential threat safely and effectively. The Internal Product Marketing Manager would be a part of the Digital Acceleration Team, which reports into the Chief Digital Officer. Digital Acceleration is tasked with embedding digital in our Firm's culture by driving changes in overall mindsets and behaviors and through adoption of our digital products. Detailed job description: Understand cybersecurity and our users through user research and market analysis. Become an expert in cybersecurity behavior change and bring relevant information to the leadership team in clear, effective way. Usher campaigns from concept through launch. Communicate progress, obstacles and timelines to stakeholders as needed. Strategize with Internal Communications, Cybersecurity, relevant product teams, Digital Acceleration team members and leadership on campaign plans. Lead team through successful execution of campaign planning (creating campaign assets, launch calendars, presentations) Develop segment­specific messaging that can be used across the Firm through our various communication channels effectively. Measure and act on impact measures Contribute to building the knowledge, skills and capabilities of the Digital Acceleration team Required skills: Proven strategic thinking and creativity. Very strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to apply adoption, transformation and marketing methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Influence Model) Ability to fight for best possible user experience. Team leadership and process management. Basic data analysis to adapt and learn from strategies. Any skills in design, copywriting, learning or public speaking/delivering presentations will be utilized. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign a plus, but not necessary. Required experience and education: Bachelor's degree; Masters encouraged. Demonstrated success in designing and executing change, marketing and/or adoption programs. Demonstrated experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholder groups including senior leaders. Experience in writing and presenting a creative brief. Experience developing (or leading teams to develop): Onboarding/training materials, presentations/demos, and email campaigns Ongoing communications, highlights, and positioning for products Planning events, webinars, and case studies/success stories
