Global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company is recruiting for Internal Communications Specialist.


Internal Communications:

The Internal Communication team manages and delivers all of internal communications, including essential information on the company strategy and other internal news for employees.

Overall Purpose of the role:

We are seeking an experienced and confident Internal Communications Senior Analyst to support across IC programmes. The Internal Communications Senior Analyst will working closely with the Resources Internal Communications Lead to develop and implement the overall Resources communications programme, as well as project managing people initiatives targeted within the area.

The role requires a competent self-starter who is digitally savvy with a minimum of two years’ experience of internal communications, with strong project management skills, creative flair and enthusiasm.



Main Activities / Tasks:

• Support in the development and implementation of the Resources communications programme working alongside the Resources Internal Communications Lead and HR Lead.
• Support the Communications Lead with the development of content for the Resources Leadership Team (email communications, blogs, script development and the creation of presentation materials).
• Help deliver the resources events programme: from community-wide events (webcasts, winter party, summer community event) to smaller networking events (breakfasts, dinners, client site visits).
• Support special projects in a communications capacity where required
• Manage logistics for community events (e.g. diary invitations, SharePoint site registration pages, agenda, follow-up feedback surveys).
• Manage the internal newsletter process: collate/chase/write/edit copy. Distribute on a timely basis. Feed into UKI Connection and other newsletters.
• Maintain the Leadership team distribution lists and organization ppt.
• Management of internal social media programme and updates. Identify and capitalise on emerging internal communication channels.
• Measure effectiveness of communications initiatives.
• Work with UKI Internal Communications team to ensure synchronization of messaging throughout the business e.g. ensure articles are well-represented in wider internal publications.
• Monitor and track budgets with Communication Lead.
• Manage third party relationships: venues, web agency and creative agency.
• Ensure that all Global Marketing policies and procedures are followed.
Accountability / Responsibilities:

• Implement communication strategies across multiple channels, including digital.
• Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines and willing to work overtime during peak phases.
• Content development for communication focus areas.
• Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues.
• Work autonomously and build partnerships/network within the marketing and communications team

Required Knowledge / Skills /Experience


• A degree or equivalent, preferably in English, journalism or a communications discipline

• Good working knowledge of internal communications, with experience of implementing targeted communication plans and using multiple channels including digital.

• Strong written and spoken English language skills.

• Strong project management skills.

• Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
