Internal Communications Specialist

This position is responsible for supporting our Client's Voice of the Employee team. Responsibilities include analyzing the new employee idea engine by providing a deep level of understanding of the program, how it’s used throughout the company and what components make a great employee experience, as well as areas for improvement. The consultant will help develop and execute strategies and campaigns in support of our client's business agenda and embed our strategy into everything we do internally.

Overview:
Develop business cases and recommendations on process and program changes in order to improve the employee experience as measured by surveys, challenges and direct employee feedback. Provide operational support for employee engagement programs including helping to develop new employee engagement initiatives. Assist in providing consistency throughout the organization and improve the effectiveness of communications internally with regards to Voice of Employee.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide on-going analytical support for employee idea engine
- Look at trends and areas of improvement within idea engine and propose recommendations on process enhancements
- Assist in executing the VoE communications plan
- Support the preparation of status reports to internal clients, partners and senior leadership
- Develop reports and readouts on all Voice of Employee initiatives
- Contribute to executive reporting that communicates the direction, significant milestones and results of VoE programs
- Assisting program manager of facilitating projects
