Internal Communications Program Manager

The Internal Communications Program Manager is responsible for promoting compliance and integrity within the organization.

You will work to internally promote corporate policies that protect company assets, promote mandatory compliance training and business records retention.


Function and Responsiblities
• Attends and conducts meetings and works with other Ethics & Integrity team members to understand objective of internal campaign
• Creates briefs outlining objectives of campaign for approval from executives
• Works with team to perform research for product testing and future compliance campaigns
• Promotes Brand awareness and manages consistency
• Coordinates any internal documentation to ensure the timely and smooth production of compliance awareness campaigns
• Initiates recommendations to improve creative process and ways of improving the overall efficiencies.
• Ability to plan and execute all aspects of a multi-day/multi-location event- planning, organizing, executing, communications, coordinating all aspects of equipment transportation and logistics.

Training and guidance will be provided, but candidate must take initiative to move projects forward and successfully execute.
Willingness to be an outgoing team player and leader who will take initiative and be proactive to move projects forward.
Hands on team player

Potential travel to southern California


Characteristics:
•Confident in leading marketing and communications projects
•Proven ability to quickly ramp up on compliance initiatives and corporate policy.
•Actively researches, learns and incorporates new means and methods whenever and wherever possible to improve processes.
