Internal Communications Designer

Our client's Demand and Supply Management (DSM) team is seeking a Communications Designer to play a key role in helping to educate, engage and equip audiences and partners. 

The Communications Designer will be responsible for consulting on the visual strategy and approach for executive-level presentations and creating digital and/or print collateral, templates, presentations, web content, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
Successful candidates will:
" Interpret customer needs, assess requirements, and identify solutions
" Translate complex ideas into easy-to-understand, compelling visuals
" Offer fresh perspectives while applying best practices and knowledge of internal/external business constraints to improve products, processes or services
" Build relationships and work collaboratively
" Work independently under minimal guidance

A plus, but not required:
" Experience in Change Management
" Experience working with global teams and/or audiences

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
" Design presentation decks in line with DSM branding for various audiences
" Refine and elevate the DSM brand, in line with Nike branding guidelines
" Design look & feel for email campaigns for various audiences
" Create print and other collateral to help enhance training or informational events

SKILLS
" 5+ years of relevant experience in Branding & Template Design (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
" Presentation Design (PowerPoint)
" Content Design (Adobe Creative Suite)
" HTML and CSS for Web & Email Design (SharePoint, Campaign Monitor)
