Internal Communications Designer & Program Manager

Our client's Internal Communications (IC) Designer & Program Manager answers yes to all of these questions and is an integral part of their IC and Talent & Organization (TAO) teams.

Responsibilities
Develop visuals/infographics conveying key messaging via client's Jobs social media sites to attract top talent
Consult on design, UI, functionality of our client's Jobs page
Design all graphics for internal communications and programs delivered to team members – from event invitations to social intranet design to newsletters to email graphics to campaign visuals to print materials
Project manage and lead client’s internal digital signage editorial strategy and channel; manage vendor relationship; create all visuals to communicate about key initiatives, programs, milestones and information
Lead video storytelling across team, lead collaboration with video team, identify opportunities to share video across organization
Collaborate on and contribute to editorial strategy
Write/edit headlines, messaging, etc. as needed to enhance visuals and storytelling appropriately
Art direct and lead all photography and photo assets, including taking photos at internal events to support visual campaigns, coaching team members in photo shoots, hiring professional photographers as needed, managing all photo assets
Manage and catalog all visual assets, source assets from marketing and third parties as needed
Collaborate with TAO/HR teams and business leaders on communication opportunities and creative channels to convey messaging
Integrate and align with client brand across all work – as well as client’s recruitment brand

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing or related field
2+ years design experience in professional environment
Mastery of Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom)
Familiarity and comfort with photography: Canon dslr & point and shoot
Solid verbal and written communication skills; including editing and copywriting skills
Excellent project management skills
Competency with Microsoft Outlook, email delivery platforms (ie, MailChimp)
Knowledge of internal communications channels including digital solutions (intranets, Web initiatives, social media, etc.)
Familiarity with Dropbox/Hightail (asset sharing platforms), JIRA (project management platforms), Keynote, PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and complex projects
Passion for creating and delivering excellence and learning new skills
Ability and desire to interact with and motivate people at all levels
