AQUENT is seeking an Internal Communications Coordinator! In this role, you will provide internal communications support leveraging multiple touchpoints to including - web, portal, email, PowerPoint presentations and other emerging channels.

Internal Communications Specialist Required Skills:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Comfortable communicating across an organization
-Degree in English, Journalism, Communications or related discipline
-3+ years of business or journalistic writing experience
-Experience with communications channel development and maintenance
-Previous experience working in a heavily regulated industry
-Skilled at creating and maintaining communication plans
-Ability to grasp core ideas from complex material and express them accurately and compellingly
-Able to quickly determine specific communications needs within a diverse audience
Day to Day:
-Writing and editing communications in support of strategy
-Developing project change management and communication plans
-Developing and updating web content
-Seeing all communications through the approval process to release
-Reviewing the effectiveness of all communications channels and making recommendations
-Generating story leads, interviewing subjects and SMEs, researching topics for articles and drafting messages of variable length and complexity
