Our client is a multinational professional services firm and one of the largest professional services firm in the world.
They operate globally as a network of firms which are separate legal entities in individual countries, providing assurance (including financial audit), tax, consulting and advisory services to companies.
As an Internal Comms Leader, you will will primarily support EMEIA (Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa) Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) business objectives by facilitating effective internal communications in line with the brand, marketing and communications plans for Global TAS. As part of the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function, this role will work closely with the EMEIA Transaction Advisory Services executive and play an integral part in delivering communications that engage audiences across the EMEIA Area.
Success in this role will be demonstrated through building trusted relationships with EMEIA TAS executives, developing and executing an annual EMEIA Transaction Advisory Services communications strategy.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs.
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Demonstrate excellent communications and networking experience and skills in a wide range of situations and with people at all levels within the organisation, including global leadership
• Demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities concerning global business fundamentals, business models, ethics, competitive analysis and cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent area of study or experience); professional or higher qualification in Communications, Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications or Public Relations preferred

Experience:
• Significant strategic internal communications experience with a proven track record in supporting executive teams.
• International work experience.
• Working knowledge of the professional services sector, or matrix organisations
• Strong verbal and written English skills
