Position Title: Digital Marketer
Duration- 1 year maternity leave coverage
Location-downtown Toronto
Pay rate- $40-45hr

The role:
You'll be responsible for developing and executing campaigns, analyze results, and make recommendations to drive overall customer acquisitions and support integrated campaigns through digital channels. This role will also be key in providing online expertise to the organization.

Responsibilities
• Successful planning, management and execution of online consumer acquisition campaigns, ensuring campaigns are on time and on budget.
• Collaborating with digital team to create seamless/optimize customer journey
• Develop and manage a/b testing on campaigns leveraging analytics to identify high-impact opportunities for campaign improvement
• Manage SEM campaigns
• Finding ways to further enhance SEO on digital properties
• Project manage various creative, technical and internal clients
• Measure the performance and optimize digital campaigns, offers, content strategy, and site development/functionality, etc. to maximize revenue opportunities
• Provide online expertise to cross-functional teams
• Stay current on new online technologies, channels, trends and identify opportunities

Experience/Skills:
• 5-8 years experience in digital marketing and delivery, telecomm experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of user experience design and online consumer behaviour
• Strong knowledge of web development, information design, digital marketing communications development and implementation; including online advertising and email
• Experience creating and analyzing media campaigns
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the digital and mobile space
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of SEM/SEO, digital sales funnels, and conversion optimization
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Detailed, extremely accurate, analytical and well organized
• Has initiative and is self-motivated
• Demonstrated strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
