Intergrated Project Manager (print & digital)

Our valued financial service/investment client is in need of a super fast-paced, Integrated Project Manager rock star that can prioritize, communicate, set expectations and shepherd print & digital projects end-to-end!
*This is a 2-9 month temporary role.*

Position Description:
The role is to support the Creative Solutions team with the daily activities; project manage print, digital (email, banners, HTML), collateral and multimedia initiatives/programs, including program coordination and support needed to ensure that initiatives are implemented on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
• Be the primary liaison in coordinating activities of a multi-disciplinary project team (design, editorial, production, proofreading, writing) towards specific project goals and deadlines
• Ensure initiatives are fully aligned with the larger organization, which includes overall print and digital marketing project management, tracking the approval process and provides proper follow ups to ensure a timely approval.
• Maintain the weekly Marketing Status Report that allows the marketing team and cross functional partners to be fully updated on Print and Digital initiatives and ensures alignment to launch projects on time
• Support the planning process, development and implementation of print and digital initiatives, including program development and execution, and working with other members of the organization
• Manage the ongoing maintenance of websites and assets working closely with internal IT department and team members to support program/ digital campaign launches.
• Assist in overall Marketing QA processes of all initiatives to ensure accuracy for launch.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings with assigned team to define project objectives, deliverables and deadlines
• Monitor project workflow and maintain weekly status reporting that is shared with operations director and related stakeholders
• Interface with vendors to secure budgeting, turnaround and quality
• Collaborate with designers on job specifications and supervise QA process to ensure brand guidelines are consistently achieved through all production outputs
• Support senior project managers in setting priorities to ensure effective delivery
• Manage and maintain project history, versioning and files
• Troubleshoot technology issues/concerns

Job Requirements:
• Must have financial industry experience
• Thorough knowledge of creative, project management, print production & digital processes
• Strong organizational, written communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated strength in working across job functions and levels
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Cross functional team player with the ability to multi-task
• Customer oriented and effective communicator Excels at multi-tasking and operating in a fast-paced work environment
• Analytic thinker/problem solver
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; knowledge of FileMaker a plus

Education/Other Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• 3-5 years print and digital marketing/project management and production experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Digital Content Management, CRM, SEO, social marketing and web-analytics tools
