Intergrated Marketing Manager

Based in New York, this Integrated Marketing Manager will support the execution of select integrated digital marketing campaigns. Campaigns that require Integrated Marketing oversight may vary from cross-platform promotions with television, to social content programs. This position will play a crucial role by supporting the internal and external cohesiveness during campaign development phases and providing the necessary communication to ensure successful execution. In addition, this position will be called upon to document best practices and produce case studies and templates for team use.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing, this position provides national coverage and will work closely with Sales, Ad Operations, Promotions, Product Editorial, Production & Marketing Teams, Cross-Platform Integrated Marketing and Legal.

Responsibilities:
• Develop compelling and comprehensive post-mortems, case studies and campaign summary materials, both internal and client facing to aid in improving process and facilitate renewals
• Participate and keep minutes on weekly meetings with clients/agencies and the post-sales digital team consisting of Sales (Account Executive), Ad Operations (Account Manager), Product Editorial, Production & Mrkt Teams, Sales Promotions, Legal and in some cases Integrated Marketing
• Works with Ad Ops and other reporting teams to monitor and optimize media performance
• Coordinate the efforts of internal teams and external clients to manage the production and execution of custom programs. Manage overall production timeline, client feedback and comp revisions.
• Analyze campaign performance data and troubleshoot data discrepancies with business intelligence teams.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4+ years marketing/promotional or project management experience, with 2+ years in a Digital setting preferred
• Proven knowledge of social media landscape, digital marketing, and integrated digital campaigns
• Proven relationship building skills
• Experience working with nation-wide clients
• Proven skills in problem-solving, follow-through, attention to detail, and priority setting
• BA/BS degree required (marketing, sales business, or related field preferred).
• Resourceful and responsive to change
• Excellent computer skills – Highly proficient with MS Powerpoint, Key Note, Word, and Excel
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Proven analytical, quantitative and financial analysis skills
• Proven ability to create engaging marketing materials that tell a compelling sales story
• Proven ability to adhere to a project plan to ensure that client commitments are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget
• Photoshop and Omniture a plus
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects
• A energetic, positive, “can do” attitude
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment

Required Education:
BA/BS degree required (marketing, sales business, etc.)

Additional Information:
This person will be interacting with internal teams, following up on deadlines, collecting feedback. Also will be collecting and compiling reports, and doing analysis and presentations based on the data. Will also be documenting new processes and creating presentations. Will be interacting with sales reps, editorial and social teams. Must have digital experience. Preferred Digital account management and previous client facing experience. PowerPoint and Excel a must.
