Interactive Project Manager

This position is part of the Internet Sales and Operations Design Team. We support the business to ensure site content is current, in brand, and delivers a best in class customer experience. This is an extremely fast paced environment delivering highly visible work, both internal and external facing. We are looking for energetic, proactive, and adaptable team members to join our growing team and help us exceed expectations. This position will spend at least 75% of their time managing the testing queue, identifying prioritization, and partnering with the Research/Analytics team to facilitate optimization tests on verizonwireless.com.

Candidates must be self-motivated, team oriented with strong leadership skills, and able to handle changing priorities with finesse. You must be comfortable interfacing daily with stakeholders from Analyst level to Director level. This position requires a candidate who can perform multiple tasks at one time with a keen eye to detail. You must be proactive, rather than reactive, and have the ability to both take direction as well as give direction to teammates (creative, production, etc.).

Day to Day Responsibilities
• Manage, coordinate, and lead the interactive projects with various stakeholders and interactive team resources in order to meet stakeholders’ needs
• Serve as the liaison between the creative team and stakeholder to ensure that client goals, and target audience are reached
• Develop viable strategies and implement interactive campaigns
• Manage day-to-day relationship on key account
• Comprehensive understanding of online marketing, email marketing and website functionality
• Attend and facilitate all status meetings, stakeholder meetings and calls
• Participate in marketing planning and execution of operational/tactical aspects of campaigns
• Act as a liaison between all departments and the clients to ensure a timely completion of projects
• Lead briefing sessions
• Oversee numerous projects of varying size, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
• Administrative duties (e.g., meeting notes, action item tracking, and project updates) as needed
• Interface with our key agency partners, ensuring standards are met and providing updates on progress

Desired Skills and Experience
• 3+ years of agency experience, with great presentation skills
• 3+ years’ experience managing, leading, or participating in traditional and interactive projects and initiatives
• Excellent communication skills – the ability to quickly and accurately discern and disseminate information to various levels and teams of people
• Experience with standard and rich interactive digital media
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Experience optimizing e-commerce purchase paths
• Experience with email/CRM activities and projects
• Experience writing creative briefs, competitive decks, and PowerPoint presentations
• Understanding of web development process
• Experience with InMotion a plus
• Business Analyst experience a plus
• Web testing experience a plus
