Interactive Project Manager

As a Interactive Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project communication, process, workflow, schedules, and budgets. You may also act in a consulting capacity for projects when applicable. The TPM will work closely with all company capabilities including: Project Managers, Account Managers, Strategy, Technology, and Quality Assurance to meet the project’s current and future requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as a liaison between the teams and technical leads
• Responsible for financial management of the project budgets; tracking hours and resources
• Responsible for the macro view of all client tactics and initiatives and their integration with all other properties and tactics. This includes the tactics specific work flow/process and how it relates to other work flows/processes.
• Assist Project Management and internal stakeholders during the tactical planning and development/QA phases of a technology project to ensure alignment with overall business structure.
• Manage all back-end properties from a business perspective, such as Rackspace, CRM Integration, Web Services, and Business Intelligence Tools. This includes budget and vendor management, and partnering with development resources to address and communicate planned maintenance, etc.
• Manage dependencies documentation for all client-wide property integration (i.e. mapping documentation)
• Partner with Project Management and the Technical Manager to ensure all cross-project dependencies are accounted for during the project planning phase.
• Responsible for application training when applicable.
• Responsible for component training when component specifically relates to a project.
• Partner with the Project Managers to enforce and manage workflow and process


Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Project Management and Technical background
• 3-5 years’ experience
• Interactive Agency background beneficial
• Strong Organizational skills/experience
• Familiarity with technical infrastructures
• Familiarity with business requirements
• Familiarity with web design and development documents and terminology (e.g. Sitemap, Wireframes, Functional Requirements, etc.)
• Experience with healthcare, medical device a plus
