Interactive Project Manager

Combine your project management strengths with your desire to work with a strong creative team. We're looking for someone who is detail oriented and thrives in a challenging environment to manage a wide range of projects for our interactive media team. You’ll work with stakeholders, developers, and designers to map out project timelines, aide in setting expectations, and ensure deliverables are produced.

You would be working with a small, stealth team of designers, writers, and strategists, working closely with the Executive Creative Director. Our job is to help promote company's solutions, apps, and more. We love bold ideas, big ideas, fun ideas, smart ideas, and even challenging ideas. In other words, we love ideas. Period.

Responsibilities:
• Manage project lifecycle from beginning to end, defining scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Define project success criteria and effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members
• Identify and provide contingencies for project dependencies, critical path, and risks
• Work in partnership with business stakeholders, graphic designers, and developers
• Develop and deliver progress reports
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Assist team members by resolving impediments and roadblocks
• Work with team management on various special projects
• Conduct research and analysis in support of project lifecycle

Requirements:
• Flexible and adaptive, reacting to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources including upper management and other departments
• Ability to bring project to successful completion through organizational awareness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent business relations and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and creative thinking skills
• Detail and task oriented, able to successfully coordinate and manage multiple projects and priorities in a cross-functional team environment
• Knowledge of project planning and management procedures, practices, and techniques
• Bachelor’s in business or related field

Recommended Qualifications:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, preferably Scrum Master Certification or Scrum Product Owner Certification

This is a long-term position with the potential to go full-time.
