Innovative and growing Big Data Marketing company is looking for a Production Manager who is enthusiastic, a team player, and stays cool under pressure. This is a very visible role driving interactive advertising deliverables for top brands such as Loreal, Microsoft, Proctor and Gamble and others.

Job Description/Tasks:
The successful candidate will manage and deliver interactive/product projects on time and to stakeholder expectations, and meets the following minimum requirements:
· Highly organized and results focused
· Ability to be flexible and easily change directions when priorities change, new demands are made, or new opportunities present themselves.
· The ability and willingness to identify/learn new tools and skills that will make the team more efficient.
· A solid track record of delivering results and maintaining focus in a dynamic fast tempo environment.
· An enthusiastic voice for brand and team.
· Strong work ethic that will be well rewarded.

PROJECT RELATED COMPETENCIES

1. Project Management
⁃ Gathers requirements changing needs and requirements.
⁃ Defines project timeline and revises as appropriate to meet responsibilities. Manages day-to-day project tasks and before passing to clients.
⁃ Identifies resources needed and assigns individual
⁃ QA Tests deliverables prepared by the production team
⁃ Gathers, verifies, and manages feedback and requested
⁃ Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
2. Communication
⁃ Facilitates team and client meetings effectively. superiors and delivers daily ETA and weekly status reports.

technical stakeholders.

Manages day-to-day interaction with the account managers/account

executives (the client). Sets and manages client expectations. Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative creative solutions. Continually seeks opportunities to increase stakeholder satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

TERMS:
This is a contract opportunity, slated to go temp-perm for the right candidate!
Unfortunately no out of area candidates can be considered at this time, all candidates must be Bay Area locals
MUST be able to sit onsite in Foster City full time.
NOTE for the perfect candidate, there could be an option to work 1 day from home.
