We are looking for the right person to help a digital agency client manage a portion of their ever-increasing project list. Communicate superlatively with clients in both verbal and written form
Experience managing projects for top-notch clients with high standards will help. So will a strong digital understanding and experience – much of what we do involves knowing what’s up on the web and how it got there. If you read the letters ftp, http, css, and html and think we left out some vowels, you’re probably not right for this gig.
You have experience managing people or teams, you’re always making to-do lists and looking after the details, tracking progress and milestones and schedules, thinking 3 steps ahead on a project that only has 2 steps. More specifically, you’ll have the following duties and need the following traits.
Day-to-day management for all efforts associated with your projects, with clients and internal project team
Development and management of project plans and documentation
Assist in project quality assurance
Provide award-winning client service
Support client goals with strategic solutions
Traits: Solid team player & team leader
Must be self-motivated/driven
Confident and able to accept and improve from constructive feedback
Must be responsible, detail oriented and have a strong eye (for quality control)
A strong understanding of web technology
Experience creating project documentation (sitemaps, timelines, budgets, specs)
Leadership skills with technical and creative personnel
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a dynamic work environment
Ability to manage-up (communicating risk, issues, etc. while there is still time to address)
Resourceful problem solving skills and experience with project delivery
