Interactive Producer/Project Manager

Vitamin T has a great client seeking an experienced Interactive Producer/Project Manager. This opportunity is for an individual looking to gain valuable experience on the digital production side while being a critical member of our digital team. Strong organizational skills are a must. This individual must possess knowledge of core interactive technologies and technical development processes, possess solid communication skills (written and verbal) and have a hunger for responsibility and learning. You will be the liaison between multiple people and teams and need to be able to deliver schedules and estimates in a timely fashion. Some light scoping and resource management experience is also a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the digital projects on Basecamp from a production standpoint.
- Assist the developers in creating specific timelines for each individual item within a project
- Take and post notes for production related meetings and development kickoff’s, which will include any follow--ups stemming from discussions
- Become the initial touch point on quality assurance efforts on all digital projects, prior to handing off to the Digital Strategist for review with responsibilities such as:
- Cross browser check for landing pages (links, alt tags, page titles, meta data)
- Cross platform check for emails (links, alt tags, hover states)
- Grammar and proofing against the master Photoshop file
- Manage the routing process from start to finish
- Aide in initial research efforts on both the development and strategy side
- Work closely with digital strategists, account management, creative, production and development team members to manage resources effectively and ensure all requirements are met
- Maintain working files/records on all projects
- Help assist freelancers in their specific administration duties and responsibilities

Experience:
- 2-5 Years experience specifically within the agency realm
- Direct knowledge of development processes and timelines
- Worked with time management and process management software
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Ability to create, maintain and drive a weekly production schedule
- Ability to work as part of a team, share ideas; offer and accept constructive reviews
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
