Interactive Media Specialist – eMarketing

  • Support annual Integrated eMarketing Planning process by collaborating with product management, merchandising, finance, analytics, and eMarketing
  • Support strategic Media Mix Optimization projects involving channel attribution and Media Mix analysis
  • Support strategic projects that leverage online ? offline synergies to maximize return on marketing investments
  • Lead efforts to identify, test, and grow new investment opportunities in eMarketing

    Major responsibilities and duties:

    Innovation & Strategy:
  • Be the internal point of contact for strategic media optimization projects
  • Support pilot efforts to test media mix optimization and channel attribution analysis
  • Test new interactive media to support initiatives such as Lookalike modeling, Behavioral Targeting etc.
  • Online Marketing Planning
  • Contribute to integrated eMarketing plan development by helping integrate work products and plans from product segments, band segments, and marketing channels
  • Help integrate supplier marketing campaigns into overall eMarketing channel plans
  • Supplier Marketing
  • Lead efforts to analyze results from supplier campaigns and drive opportunity for improvements.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Analytical roles - that includes exposure to online marketing channels and customer analytics and finance
  • 3+ years of direct experience in B2B/ B2C managing eMarketing efforts across one or more Marketing channels ? or direct experience in marketing planning, financial planning and analysis
  • Functional knowledge of interactive marketing and onsite channel tactics such as paid search, display advertising, email marketing, affiliates and social media
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, and exposure to financial planning and analysis
  • Excellent client services and communication skills and ability to present to various teams with different levels of online exposure
  • Proven ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Management or other Analytical disciplines
