Interactive Marketing Specialist

Our healthcare client, located in Nashville, TN, has an immediate need for an Interactive Marketing Specialist. The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the development, enhancement and implementation of interactive marketing initiatives across social media platforms, websites, and email. This includes creative development via graphic arts, communications, programming, proofing and writing content. This position should be able to research, track and document interactive trends and otherwise assist in coordinating and implementing efforts with multiple e-based opportunities. Assistance with content and design of the client's division websites, as well as developing and promoting service content, events, physicians and other pertinent information via the web and social media platforms is required. This person should be comfortable completing administrative functions, multitasking, receiving direction and working with management, consultants and hospital personnel. This candidate should posses a good eye for design and excellent organization, communication, time-management and typography skills.

Responsibilities Include:
• Implement and perform regular website updates and maintenance requests within given timelines.
• Design graphics and written content to support websites, social media accounts and marketing strategies.
• Implement and manage social and email marketing campaigns.
• Manage and monitor websites and social media analytics for trends and issues management.
• Develop social media marketing initiatives and strategies to enhance social audience while aligning with general marketing plans.
• Enhance online presence through effective search engine optimization initiatives including keyword enhancement and ad placement trends. Assist in rotating and refreshing content on sites to enhance search engine rankings.
• Convert marketing print materials (i.e. brochures, direct mail, newsletters, ads and TV/radio commercials) for use on the web and social media.
• Enhance and promote health content to support marketing strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve interactive technology issues.
• Continually monitor all social media outlets including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and more. Coordinate appropriate responses to questions or negative comments in a timely manner.
• Give and take direction in a constructive way.
• Interpret and perform design specifications with accuracy and attention to detail.
