Interactive Marketing Specialist

Under the direct supervision of the Online Marketing Director, the Interactive Marketing Specialist will assist in the development, expansion and optimization of multiple customer acquisition and e-commerce-based marketing programs in support of Clients online initiatives.

Responsibilities

Driving online marketing campaign results, meeting ROI and growth objectives and communicating effectively to senior management
Coordinating and launching scheduled e-marketing drops (content acquisition and creation, editing, publishing, etc.);
Maintaining consistent messaging and brand standards across online marketing campaigns
Preparing and distributing routine and ad hoc reports
Improving subscriber acquisition/retention
Implementing test plans to maximize e-marketing conversion rates
Developing and testing new avenues of online customer acquisition (social media, search, affiliate networks)

Desired Skills

- Ability to drive results

- Working knowledge of HTML and graphic design programs (Adobe Creative Suite)

- Working knowledge of email marketing programs (such as Vertical Response, Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.) and core e-marketing metrics

- Robust computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Familiarity with CSS

- Familiarity with web standards and basic design principles

- Strong aptitude for data and key metrics reporting

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently

- Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and changing environment
