Our client, a hospital in Boston, is looking for an Interactive Marketing Project Manager! This is a temp to perm role, starts as soon as they find the right person (sooner than later).

This is a mid-level role (ideally someone with 3-7 years of experience) and reports to their Senior Marketing Project Manager.

The Interactive Marketing Project Manager is a key member of the Marketing Department and Interactive Marketing Team. The role of the Interactive Project manager is to scope, define, manage, and lead the implementation of online projects from inception, to production, launch and post-launch assessment, based on business requirements defined by the stakeholder. The ideal candidate will be capable of understanding business challenges and managing projects that meet innovative, technological and interactive goals, while achieving measurable results for the Massachusetts General Hospital brand.

The Interactive Project Manager will manage the hospitals web projects, including the main corporate website, as well as feature enhancements to their mobile website. The Interactive Project Manager will also be involved in website analytics, tracking, management, and planning and will serve as a marketing representative to a range of stakeholders throughout the hospital.

Working with a dynamic group of marketing, web and health care professionals, the Interactive Project Manager reports to the Senior Project Manager, Interactive Marketing and should possess the following skills/qualifications:

- 3 to 7 years project management experience at a healthcare organization, agency, higher education institution and/or consulting company preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office software, including MS Project. CMS Experience, Basecamp experience, basic HTML knowledge needed.
- Technical knowledge with digital technology, applications, languages and tools and content management systems (preferably knowledge of Interwoven TeamSite).
- Understanding of technical and functional design (HTML/CSS).
- Ability to communicate well with diverse populations of varying technical knowledge.
- Familiarity and experience with SEO research tools/methodology and demonstrated knowledge of Google Search Appliance, Urchin Web Analytics, and Google Adwords.
- Experience using social media tools and measurement software.
