Established Juno Beach company is looking for support in their interactive marketing department.

The Graphic Designer conceptualizes and executes compelling visual designs for a wide range of interactive products and digital marketing communications. These including B2C and B2B emails, promotional pages, point of sale graphics, and site banners. The Graphic Designer is embedded in a cross-functional team, flexibly creating platform-appropriate visual designs that are in compliance with defined brand standards.

Primary Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product and project managers, information architects, technical developers, and other team members to understand the vision and purpose of interactive projects.
- Participate in design meetings to assist in the creation of graphics that are meaningful and clearly communicate value propositions.
- Deliver graphics for multiple delivery channels such as websites, emails, external ads and other browser-based applications.
- Create visual designs with User Centered Design principles.
- Conceptualize and create designs and design iterations using industry standard graphic design tools such as Adobe CS4 Design suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash).
- Develop visual designs with an understanding of platform limitations.
- Conceptualize new solutions, and present multiple design ideas.
- Follow the enterprise project and development standards and procedure.
- Create accurate time estimates for personal work and reviews.
- Actively contribute to the culture of communication, collaboration and creativity.
- Work closely with the Interactive Marketing Manager and UX Architect to provide regular input on project requests including status updates and web-based time reporting on a weekly basis.

Education & Experience

- A design degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years experience in Web-based design.
- Experience and understanding of design methodology.
- An outstanding portfolio of interactive visual designs that added value to clients and their businesses.
- Ability to quickly and effectively iterate designs based on business input.
- Knowledge of web design best practices.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and articulate your visual designs and advocate best practice solutions.
- Be proactive and organized, act effectively under deadlines, and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Pay rate is dependent on experience, please be prepared to discuss your hourly rate with recruiter.
