If you are not a typical Interactive Designer, then our client is for you, as they are not a typical digital design shop. In fact, our client isn’t a digital design shop at all, and that’s what could make this opportunity challenging and interesting. You will get to tackle more of the design process, and become intimately involved in research and client relationships. Having experience with time-based media, who can design for screen, interactive, and web will make you the superstart in this environment. If you’re a creative thinker with a passion for pixels, have a knack for crafting compelling stories, possess the technical depth to acknowledge constraints, but thrive on experimentation, we should talk.

- Visual design: Do you know the difference between “good” and “great” and are able to work within teams to deliver excellent design? (Not only can you identify and evangelize best practices, but you’re able to push boundaries and explore new territory.)
- Team skills: You work best in a participatory, team-based environment. You inspire teams through collaboration as well as direction, vision, and planning of visual deliverables.
- Prototyping: You understand that success comes sooner with trial and error. You can prototype at different levels of fidelity.
- Communication skills: You have strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills. You understand the value of design and brand within a business context.
- Consulting chops: Can you present like a pro and communicate your creative voice in a business setting? You should feel comfortable throughout all phases of a project, from translating verbal ideas into visual concepts, through design development and refinement, to creating production-ready artwork.

- Designing across a variety of media (print, motion, web) including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and AfterEffects. (Bonus points for Flash or Director.)
