Job Title: Content Creation Interactive Designer
Based: Central London
Salary: Between £45000 – 55000. The client requires somebody ASAP but will consider notice periods.

We are looking for a strong designer to work with the sales teams, editors and 3rd party suppliers to create visuals for pitches and live products within the online specials team within a huge technology/media company. You will Act as a guardian for all the branding but ensure that the client briefs are met.

You will need to have strong knowledge of UI and be able to provide guidance and coaching as required to other team members. You will ideally have worked in a similar online media organization and/or within an agency where you have managed multiple projects with a strong editorial focus and commercial exposure.

Role Purpose

The client’s Custom Solutions is a multi-platform, multi-discipline team responsible for conceiving, pitching, selling, building, updating and decommissioning a variety of cross-platform branded entertainment solutions across its online properties.
Interactive Designers are a key part of the client’s team as their work can be the difference in the team’s ability to win business in market, while also ensuring that its users have a brilliant, engaging experience on the different platforms. You need to be able to produce beautiful, eye-catching designs that not only inspire clients and users, but are technically possible in terms of build. UX and UI are also crucial, ensuring that the solutions work intuitively and logically for its users.

As a Interactive Designer you will work alongside a team of Project Managers, editor/producers and creative sales strategists on a day-to-day basis to ensure that mock-ups and pitches are delivered to often challenging deadlines, and that projects are executed on budget and on time to the complete satisfaction of the client and agency partners.

You must possess the ability to communicate confidently and clearly as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders. Articulating your ideas and thinking is a core skill for this role and on occasion Interactive Designers will be called upon to meet clients and talk through their creative thinking and visual ideas.

You will need to be a natural self-starter who has the creativity and diplomacy necessary to deliver visuals for multiple projects with multiple stakeholders. You will possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure, while multi-tasking and organizing your workload effectively.
