The Work:

  • Work closely across all areas of the business, including marketing, product management, development, sales and the partner community to advance our brand and key business objectives via all things interactive. This includes:
  • Developing and executing global creative solutions for the company website
  • Designing and overseeing the implementation of demonstration systems
  • Creating interactive online content
  • Conduct task analyses to determine user requirements to ensure a great user experience
  • Develop process flows and prototypes for client reviews and delivery to the development team
  • Inform key design decisions for the interfaces to the company’s software products and customer support systems

  • This position is all about creativity within real-world constraints, execution and follow-through.

    The right individual will understand, love and be truly passionate about the end-user experience and marketing. You will have outstanding visual, written and oral communication skills and an ability to translate a creative vision into reality.

    Minimum Requirements‬:
  • ‬‪Formal design training with solid typography, graphic and UI/UX design experience. Bachelor’s degree in interaction design, digital design, graphic design or related design field from an accredited program preferred. Dual major in marketing or Master’s degree in marketing a plus‬‬
  • A minimum of five (5) years of direct experience either in agency or in-house corporate environment.
  • Experience creating and working with site maps, online ad rich media storyboards, user flow, wireframes and other information design documents for websites and online content
  • Excellent understanding of user experience issues
  • Excellent understanding of composition, color, imagery and typography

  • Must be expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Squarespace experience is desirable.

    Occasional overnight travel (less than 10%) by land and/or air.
