Interactive Designer - FULL-TIME role!

Growing company seeks Interactive Designer for full-time, contract-to-hire role. The Interactive Designer will work with the Creative Team to enhance the brand and company subsidiaries through existing and future digital projects and applications. The Interactive Designer will work closely with team members to implement projects within budgeted time constraints. Successfully conceptualize ideas to create original art used in the development of interactive and static digital-based projects as well as integrate existing print-based creative.

Maintains and applies advanced Digital design skills and a broad knowledge of current design and programming techniques. Offers multifaceted conceptual design and production solutions to internal and external customers based on strategies in relation to client business needs. Manages and oversees complex design projects from concept through production, effectively prioritizes and assigns work, and balances multiple priorities simultaneously, and plans and schedules resources to meet client commitments and deadlines.

Essential Job Duties:
• Work with Leadership, Creative and clients to choose an effective design solution that is deliverable in allotted time and within budget requirements
• Maintains expertise with graphics software tools, proficiency in firm standard equipment required of the position, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver (or other coding tool), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Develop new web sites and applications. Enhance existing sites, including, but not limited to user interface, graphics, and
• Raises awareness and supports the organization’s brand.
• Develops best practices utilizing “state-of-the-art” techniques, equipment, and advancements within the design community.
• Thinks strategically to relate design work to the client’s business needs.
• Understands, implements, and strictly adheres to the quality standards and procedures established by company, including creative group standards and guidelines.
• Successfully negotiates project deadlines to create timelines, determines project scope to define cost estimates, and schedule changes for client approval.
