Our client, a creative agency specializing in branding, marketing and design is seeking an Interactive Design Project Manager to join their growing team.. The design services they provide range greatly depending upon the client need but may involve digital media such as video,Internet, multi-media, and DVD development or print initiatives such as packaging, collateral, and event graphics. Their client list includes a mix of entertainment, government, scholastic, medical, and consumer products. They're looking for experienced Project Managers to join them as they break new ground streamlining the business process and bridging intra-organizational gaps. They're inventing as they go, so they need a strong, disciplined team member to keep them grounded.

The position will encompass a wide variety of tasks including:

• Accomplishing project objectives by establishing project scope; designing
and delivering solutions, and leading team members.

• The ability to provide expert consulting services to organizations
implementing large-scale "customer engagement" solutions.

Interactive Design Implementation Project Manager Job Duties:

• Establishes project scope discovering and validating parameters; obtaining input recommending changes to writing proposals.

• Develops interactive design solution by formulating objectives; planning project life-cycle deliverables and resource availability and application; preparing installation and modification specifications; leading the exploration, evaluation, and design of technical solutions.

• Implements Interactive design solution by monitoring project progress; tracking action items; conducting design and implementation reviews; examining, researching, and resolving issues; escalating issues to appropriate authority; responding to team members' concerns; coordinating requirements with interested departments.

• Assures quality solution by developing and completing test plans; maintaining project and technical documentation by studying strategic business drivers; business and technical requirements and from subject-matter experts; examining and current business practices.

• Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees; following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying work process improvements.

• Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.

• Provides project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

• Updates job knowledge by tracking technology and project management advances; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• Develop strong relationships to build stakeholder confidence backed by delivering commercial business solutions.

• Translates detailed requirements for complex technical matters while interfacing with key stakeholders possessing varying levels of technical knowledge.

• Display a passion for deploying software solutions to deliver tangible business process improvement.
