Interactive Creative Director

Responsibilities:
• Ability to create/produce interactive and digital campaigns for a variety of markets and verticals.
• Lead creative development process and workflow, provide creative feedback, and ensure business objectives are supported through high-quality design of digital experiences.
• Must be a talented and experienced digital creative director who brings cutting-edge thinking, high creative aesthetic and advanced knowledge of interactive design, usability, social media and mobile to deliver a best in-class experience for the customer.
• Work with business partners to assess project needs, develop strategies for digital/interactive programs. Follow through with effective design, problem solving, and creative solutions.
• Must be able to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and develop strong working relationships with other departments.
• Maintain a productive, supportive environment for the creative team, and provide both creative and technical expertise and leadership.
• Must be eager to stay current with the quickly evolving digital universe and possess enthusiasm for interfacing with internal business partners, creative peers and external agencies/vendors

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in creative design/graphics preferred
• 8+ years of creative design experience with a digital focus required
• 3+ years experience as a Creative Director at a digital agency.
• Experience with health/pharmaceutical campaigns a plus.
• Broad design skill set that includes: interactive design, social, mobile and other digital media types.
• Ability to apply digital design best practices to ensure effective projects, crafted to engage customers, build relationship and loyalty, inspire confidence, and drive sales.
• Ability to direct the activities and professional development of digital creative team members.
• Ability to make decisions on a daily basis that ensure efficiency, engagement and utilization of the team and promote creative quality and team camaraderie.
• Ability to assimilate information and translate it into informative and compelling design.
• Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
• Some travel required for client presentations, agency meetings and new business development.
