Interactive Content Manager

Location: SF (walking distance from a Bart station)
Length: 3-6months+ probable extension or conversion

This person will help/lead enhance website and is responsible for creating a great user experience for clients. Partner and work across geographies to source and develop content globally.

You will join the consulting business arm of this company where their tailored consulting services and automated solutions are designed to help their clients - financial institutions, acquirers, and merchants - succeed in today’s fast-changing payments industry.

They are responsible for developing scalable solutions and deploying automated/semi-automated platforms and tools to address key strategic needs for our clients across the globe. They utilize unique data and analytic capabilities, technology, and industry expertise to serve their clients effectively and efficiently at scale, regardless of their size.

You will have the opportunity to develop innovative content and establish new delivery channels to disseminate deep industry knowledge for issuer, acquirer and merchant clients across the globe.

Key responsibilities in this role include:

Website Content Strategist
•Lead requirements gathering, user experience / design, and implementation of future phases of public facing website
•Assess, organize, and manage digital content and monitor progress of new content development
•Partner closely with business stakeholders in other North America and other geographic regions, project managers, creative (design / build / copy), and technology partners to define, manage and deploy content
•Draft /edit copy that may appear on website or external facing publications
•Track all stages of the content QA and staging process, including all phases of localization
•Direct user acceptance testing efforts
•Collaborate and communicate across Visa to ensure efficacy, incorporate feedback, communicate changes and make progress
•Manage frequent site refreshes
•Track and develop reporting on site usage using applicable metrics and tools


Automated Solution Content Development and Management
•Partner and work across geographies to source and develop content globally
•Craft, evaluate and apply content-appropriate formats – e.g., tutorials, self-assessments, etc. – to achieve effective knowledge transfer
•Define business and functional requirements for automated delivery of content – i.e., develop the channel distribution strategy
•Manage external vendors, including technology partners and creative agencies
•Track all stages of the content QA and staging process, including all phases of localization
•Direct user acceptance testing efforts
•Work with other internal stakeholders to develop a communications plan and marketing assets to promote the content and drive usage
•Develop processes and mechanisms to track content distribution, usage, and impact

Payment Services, Financial Institutions. Agency experience preferred.

3-5+ years’ experience in content strategy and creation. Experience with Indesign. Experience in Adobe CMS is a plus. Great communication skills, writing skills, and attention to detail. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Degree preferred.
