Interactive Content Manager

Our client is looking for an Interactive Content Manager to develop and optimize website content and identify unique and creative ways to engage customers on their websites. The Interactive Content Manager will also partner with the research and technology teams to identify opportunities to enhance content and improve the overall website experience for customers.

Responsibilities

- Manage the company’s online presence and drive relevant, quality sales and engagement through search, links, email and content.

- Write and edit copy as well as create new content along with repurposing current branding in a variety of formats including web copy, social media posts, blogs, online contests, interactive graphics, videos, podcasts and email communications.

- Responsible for linking strategies and managing content proliferation online.

- Continuously improve the online experiences for the audience through site enhancements, marketing campaigns, promotions and creative content.

- Stay abreast of changes in the web marketing and social media environment and make recommendations for adjustments accordingly.

- Work with other internal resources to develop recommendations for enhancements to the design and content of the websites, with a particular focus on the goals for the site so the needs of the users can be met.

- Manage site through CMS system.

- Coordinate and plan schedule for the creation and implementation of online content and enhancements with interactive partners/vendors.

- Communicate and nurture site traffic through coordinated email campaigns driving prospects to the website.

- Evaluate site performance by compiling and analyzing website usage statistics.

- Participate and coordinate requirement review and product implementation with appropriate departments and vendors as well as managing vendor project deliverables within established timelines.


Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant online experience (e.g. social media, website, public relations, community management, online content managing and/or advertising)
