We’re an award-winning, full-service healthcare communications agency specializing in positioning, branding, and strategic and creative development for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostics companies.

We are currently looking for talented Interactive Art Directors who can contribute to the planning, design, and execution of digital experiences for our clients. Candidates can expect to wireframe, design, work alongside developers, test, and measure analytics for microsite, web, and mobile experiences, iPad applications, and interactive digital signage.

Candidates must be passionate about interactive design and have a natural curiosity about the digital space. You must possess in-depth knowledge about the latest digital and interactive technologies and trends, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. Successful candidates must be highly collaborative and have an entrepreneur spirit. The ability to demonstrate a strong portfolio packed with expertise in all things digital including websites, mobile, and apps is essential.

Responsibilities:

Partner closely with Account Services and Copy as a cohesive team player and help develop strategic direction to achieve client goals
Work in a hands-on capacity internally and externally to deliver superior creative work that is on target, on time and on budget
Generate useful, usable ideas across all existing and emerging digital platforms
Concept, collaborate and design for a range of digital media types and platforms
Push innovation both aesthetically and technologically
Work with the project team to ensure smooth project workflow from concept through delivery
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of interactive marketing art direction experience at an advertising agency or similar setting
Bachelors degree in related field and formal design training is highly preferred
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Strong portfolio illustrating work that shows an understanding of how you execute challenging technical and creative solutions in multiple digital mediums
Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software
Aptitude for picking up new software and rapid software technique adoption
Working knowledge of UX principles
A solid understanding of digital media as well as an ability and desire to adapt to the changing landscape of technology
Proficient creating animations, understanding of motion design and trends
Creative leadership experience and ability to work well with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Familiarity with evolving technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks, mobile web/apps, responsive design, iOS, data visualization, etc.
